By accessing or using Seedance Studio Pro, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms of service.
1. Acceptable Use and Safety
Users must not use Seedance Studio Pro to create, distribute, or facilitate content that violates local or international laws, infringes intellectual property, or produces deceptive impersonations without consent.
2. API Consumption and Quotas
Usage of the Seedance 2.5 video generation endpoints is governed by the rate limits and commercial balance of your provided API Key. Studio Pro does not impose artificial charges beyond your direct model supplier balance.
3. Intellectual Property and Output Ownership
You own all intellectual property rights to the videos generated through your account, subject to standard model generation terms and compliance with copyright laws regarding input reference images.
4. Availability and Service Disclaimers
Seedance Studio Pro is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. While our task queue includes automatic retry logic to minimize transient supplier drops, we make no express warranties regarding unbroken real-time API uptime.
5. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable enterprise technology commercial agreements.
